Requirements for processing an Electronic passport in East Timor

1. 1. Take birth certificate (copy with original)
2. 2. With identity card (copy with original)
3. 3. For minors, they must be seen with their parents to be treated, if, while with other families/relatives, they must be accompanied by a letter acknowledging the notary’s power of attorney.

New Passport

1. 1. Identity Card (BI)
2. 2. Birth Certificate of RDTL

Renew Passport

For adults

1. 1. Identity Card (BI)
2. 2. Birth Certificate

For the children:

1. 1. Declaration of Parents
2. 2. Birth Certificate
3. 3. Parents’ Birth Certificate and BI
4. 4. Parents’ Marriage Certificate (if any)
