2. – Business name with your reservation 3 names
3. – Personal identification card (BI and C.E for Timorese and PASSPORT for foreigners)
4. – Marriage Certificate (if any) 3 sheets.
5. – Main office location map for business 3 sheets.
6. – Power of attorney (power of attorney will apply if necessary)

2. UNIPESSOAL LIMITED COMPANY (UNIPESSOAL, LDA.)

Requirements/Criteria for the new registration of the Company UNIPESSOAL, LDA (UNIPESSOAL, LIMITADA)

1. – Fill out a new registration form (SERVE_F_1-3)
2. – Bylaws (copy 2)
3. – Personal identification card (BI and C.E for Timorese and PASSPORT for foreigners)
4. – Marriage Certificate (if any) 3 sheets
5. – Proof of residency in Timor-Leste at least 1 Director/Director
6. – Map location of main company headquarters 3 sheets.
7. – Power of attorney (will be applied if necessary)

3. LIMITED SHARES COMPANY (LDA)

Requirements/Criteria for the new registration of the Limited Company (LDA)

1. – Fill out a new registration form (SERVE_F_1-3)
2. – Bylaws (copy 2) asionist owner 2 sheets, but no more than 30
3. – Personal identification card (BI and C.E for Timorese and PASSPORT for foreigners)
4. – Marriage Certificate (if any) 3 sheets
5. – Proof of residency in Timor-Leste at least 1 Director/Director
6. – Map location of main company headquarters 3 sheets.
7. – Power of attorney (will be applied if necessary)

4. SOCIEDADE ANONIMIA (S.A.)

Requirements/Criteria for the new registration to Sociedade Anónima (S.A)

1. – Fill out a new registration form (SERVE_F_1-3)
2. – Bylaws (copy 2 sheets) owner asionista 3 sheets, without limitation
