Municipality services
With the approval of the law on local power, the central government delegates some municipal services and their competences that belong to the area of responsibility of the municipality. That is why the municipal administration manages with total control, and thus the municipality also has its own leader chosen by the Ministry of State Administration with quality as President Municipal Authority or Municipal Administrator.
The municipality itself also has the main services of the municipality, where each service has its own responsibility based on the laws of local power of the municipal administration itself.
