1) Article 19: Mission: to ensure technical and administrative support to the respective PMA(President Municipal Authority) or MA(Municipal Administrator) and other bodies and services of the Municipal Authority or Municipal Administration in the study, development and execution of the Municipal Development Plan and the Municipal Investment Plan and in the execution of government policies and programs for local and rural development.
