1) Article 22: Mission: to ensure technical and administrative support to the respective PAM or AM and other bodies and services of the Municipal Authority or Municipal Administration in the study, development and execution of strategies to support the strengthening of non-governmental organizations and organizations community activities, in activity in the area of the municipality, and to support activities of public interest carried out by them.
